Dene Construction are pleased to announce that we have once again achieved success in renewing our CHAS certification for 2017. Well done to the Team for making this possible as well as our Health and Safety Advisor David Cant at Veritas Consulting. CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK.
We can tell anyone how good we are. We can boast about our skill set, our track record and our experience. However, when someone else tells us how well we have done on a project it makes a huge difference. We thought it worth sharing this testimonial with you.
“Could I say how hard they worked today to get the site ready for PC. I would have been up the creek without a paddle without their effort today. Money well spent.” – David W. Rollalong
Our latest completed project is the National Autistic Society Thames Way School in Reading. The modular buildings were manufactured by McAvoy in Northern Ireland. This project was a fast track build over 12 weeks and our element of work was worth £500k.
Scope of works – Clearance, Foundations, drainage, services, external hard and soft landscaping including fencing and automatic gates, white lining etc.
The project has been a great success being delivered to a high standard.
